Womenswear Wednesday: Floral isn’t new, but THIS is

To kick things off, yes I know that floral is not an earth shattering revelation in Spring fashion trends. We see it every year, with slight tweaks to prints and patterns. But overall yes it is still Floral. That being said tho, I still love rocking this print. It can be found from shoes to accessories to dresses and more and you find a style that fits any body type!

The look I am sharing with you today is one of my faves. I found this romper last summer at Xi Clothing here in Phoenix and it’s been hidden in my closet waiting for the warm weather.  I’ve included below two different shoe options with this look so you can see the variety.

I have been trying to find heels (MakemeChic) like this all over that would fit my small foot (size 6) but also zip over my enormous calve muscles (no, I am not complaining about the muscle but sometimes it throws a wrench in my outfits) lol. These heel are definitely more of a casual day out look with the girls or a date with your man.

The quilted bag is from Forever21 and pulls the chic look together.

Another reason I love this romper is the lightweight material and the vneck front. Lightweight as you may know is the name of the game to keeping cool in the summer time here in AZ and a vneck neckline is by the far the most slimming of your options.

Next Up

The romper and handbag are the same but I wanted to switch up these shoes to the ever fun white!

Instantly, the look is a bit classier and can be worn out for a night on the town. If you are in a little cooler of an area, you can easily layer this look with a pastel jacket or trench 🙂

A couple feminine straps across the top of these heels propel it into Spring. I found these at Forever21 a few years ago, but I found a similar pair here LolaShoetique .

You can find a similar romper here FashionNova.
